Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all lash sets and adhesives are safely enclosed.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
